Track Job Applications Received via Email
Scan my Gmail inbox for emails received in the past 24 hours with the subject line containing 'Job Application: [Job Title]' or from specific recruitment platforms like '[Recruitment Platform Email, e.g., [email protected]]'. For each email, extract the applicant's name, email address, the job title they applied for, and a link to their resume (if provided in the email body). Add this information as a new row to the Google Sheet at '[Google Sheet Link]', in the sheet named '[Sheet Name]', with columns 'Applicant Name', 'Email', 'Job Title', and 'Resume Link'.
